Our Process

  • New Project Inquiry & Proposal

After submitting a New Project Inquiry, we‘ll start with a few complimentary emails and a phone consultation to understand your goals, style, and needs. From there, we schedule an on-site initial meeting to dive deeper into your space. You’ll then receive a personalized project proposal tailored to your project and scope of work.

  • Design Development

We collaborate closely to shape your design vision and define the key priorities of your project. Together, we explore creative options, refine the concept, and finalize the budget and timeline, ensuring clarity and confidence.

  • Schematic Design & Revisions

We create thoughtful design concepts that reflect your style and vision. We refine these designs through a collaborative revision process, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. Regular meetings will be scheduled to review changes and progress.

  • Final Design + Documentation

Once every material, finish, and fixture is selected, our team then prepares comprehensive documentation and detailed drawings ensuring a smooth, efficient handoff to the next phase of your project.

  • Construction Support & Procurement

During construction, we stay actively involved, available to answer questions from contractors and tradespeople to keep your project on track.

For items purchased through Burgundy Branch Design, our team manages procurement, coordinates delivery, and ensures quality every step of the way.

  • INstallation + Styling

For applicable projects, we provide full-service installation and styling upon construction completion. From placing decor and hanging artwork to arranging furnishings, we ensure every detail feels intentional and complete. We’ll also coordinate with movers for seamless furniture placement.
