Our drafting services translate design ideas into clear actionable plans.
We produce detailed drawings and layouts that guide contractors, trades, and fabricators, ensuring accuracy.
We source and manage the purchase of furnishings, some materials, lighting, artwork and decor.
Leveraging trusted vendors and artisan partners, we curate pieces that bring the design vision to life while managing ordering, tracking, and delivery.
We collaborate closely with contractors, architects, and vendors to keep projects organized and moving forward.
Project Coordination is tailored for each project to help ensure the design is executed as intended from start to finish.

Design Consultations

For clients simply needing guidance to get started — we offer stand-alone, in-person Design Consultations

Receive professional guidance while selecting tile, countertops, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, or lighting selections (limited to two categories per consultation).
Clients should have material samples available for onsite review, or consultations may be scheduled at an approved local showroom.

Receive expert guidance in selecting interior or exterior paint colors and finishes, with consultations covering up to four paint colors.
Paint samples are sourced from Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or Dunn-Edwards.
We also provide 8” × 11” painted sample sheets of your selected colors, delivered within 2–3 business days for easy in-home
Professional guidance for preliminary planning and plan review for kitchen, bathroom, or whole-home remodels.
We also offer fresh design ideas for newly acquired office spaces, retail environments, and hospitality venues.
Consultations may include suggested furniture layouts, lighting improvements, cabinetry concepts, space planning, and other tailored design recommendations to help bring your vision to life.
